Print a Tape Measure
Fitting

Unisex: The standard ready-to-wear scrubs are made as unisex scrubs. The scrub fits both male and female and they fit loosely on the body. Unisex flare pants does not taper around the knee.
Female: The scrubs are made with allowance in the breast area. Female flare pants will taper around the knee. There will be ample room for movement but they will not be as loose fitted as a unisex scrub.
Height

Height: Enter your height in feet and inches.
Shoulder

Shoulder Width: The distance from one end of the shoulder to the other end measured from the back. Make sure that the tape passes over the lower part of the neck.
Chest/Bust

Chest/Bust: Measure the circumference of the largest part of the chest/bust area. We need the measurement of your body; not the measurement of your apparel.
Over Bust

Over Bust: This measurement is not required for unisex fitting. Measure the circumference around the chest and above the bust.
Figure

Figure: This measurement is not required for unisex fitting. The figure is the measurement of your spinal column starting from the bottom of the neck going down to your NATURAL waistline. The bottom of the neck is where your shoulder starts and neck ends and it is also where your necklace wraps around. The NATURAL waistline is where your body has the smallest circumference. For a woman, it is usually at the level of the belly button or slightly above it. It is definitely NOT at the level of the waistband of your pants. We use this measurement to taper your top at the natural waistline to give you an hour-glass figure.
Top Length

Top Length: The length of the top is measured at the back starting from the bottom of the neck to the desired length of the top.  You might want to measure the length of your favorite scrub top to have a better idea of what you will be receiving.
Waist

Waist: Measure the largest part of the waist where you normally wear your pants.  Please do not provide us with the waist measurement found in the labels of ready-to-wear blue jeans.  They are usually understated.  We need your true waist measurement.
Hip

Hip: Measure the circumference of the largest part of the hips.  Make sure that the tape goes around the fullest part of the buttock. We need the measurement of your body; not the measurement of your apparel.
Inseam

Inseam: The inseam is the inside length of the pants from the crotch to the bottom of the pants.  It is recommended that you lay your favorite pants on a flat surface and measure the length of the inside seam.  Do not give us the inseams that are found in the label of your pants.  It is usually not accurate.
Side Seam

Side Seam: The side seam is the length of the pants from the waistband to the bottom of the pants.  It is recommended that you lay your favorite pants on a flat surface and measure the length of the outside seam.
For Low Rise Pants For Dress Optional
HalfCrotch

Half Crotch: This measurement should be specified only if you are ordering a low rise pants. This is the measurement from the front center waist band down to the top of the pants inseam. It is recommended that you lay your favorite pants on a flat surface and measure the half crotch of the pants.
FullCrotch

Full Crotch: This measurement should be specified only if you are ordering a low rise pants. This is the measurement from the front center waist band down between the legs and up to the back center waist band of your pants. It is recommended that you lay your favorite pants on a flat surface and measure the full crotch of the pants.
DressLength

Dress Length: This measurement is optional but required if you are ordering a dress. This is measured in front of the body from the top of the shoulder near the neck down to the hem of the dress. It is suggested that you make this measurement while wearing your favorite dress.
Arm Length

Arm Length: This measurement is optional but required if you are ordering a coat or long sleeve shirt. This is the measurement from the shoulder tip to the wrist. When making this measurement, bend your elbow slightly and make sure that the measuring tape passes over the back elbow bone as you pull the tape toward your wrist.
Bicep

Bicep: This measurement is optional but please provide it if you feel you have a larger than normal bicep. This is the circumference around the largest part of your upper arm.

Save Measurements
A COMMON MISTAKE is to enter the measurements found in the labels of apparels. The waist measurement on the label of pants are usually understated and the inseams are overstated to give the customer a feeling that he is thinner and taller than he actually is. Please measure yourself with a tape measure and give us your actual measurements.
